You can request a return or exchange within [7–14 days] of receiving your hardware order.
To be eligible, the item must:
Be unused and in the same condition as received.
Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoices.
Not be physically damaged, altered, or tampered with.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
Opened or activated software licenses, digital downloads, or product keys.
Customized or special-order items.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repair.
Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
Exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged hardware items.
If the exact product is unavailable, we may offer a replacement or a full refund.
Software cannot be exchanged once the license or activation code has been issued.
To initiate a return or exchange:
Contact our support team at akilesh@chattingbirds.com within the return window.
Provide your order number, product details, and the reason for return.
Our team will review your request and share a return authorization and shipping instructions (if approved).
Pack the item securely and send it back using the provided details.
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected.
If approved, we’ll process your refund or exchange within [5–10 business days].
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or wrong item sent by CB-Store.
In case of defective or incorrect items, we’ll cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
Report it within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear images or videos of the issue for verification.
After verification, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
All software purchases are final once delivered via download link or license key.
Refunds or exchanges for software are provided only if the product is defective, non-functional, or not as described, and the issue is verified by our technical team.
